With her treatments she can offer a variety of options including; manual and manipulative therapy, acupuncture, exercise prescription and core rehabilitation with an emphasis on patient education. STOTT Pilates is a excellent addition to Physiotherapy as it incorporates modern exercise science and rehabilitation principles to improve core strength and balance the muscles around the joints to improve the way your body functions, feels and performs.
She has a keen interest in yoga and Pilates and likes to incorporate these principles into her physiotherapy practice.
Outside of work: Kathy enjoys exploring the great outdoors and likes to keep active with running, biking, hiking. Her greatest passion is rowing followed closely by kayaking and she loves to spend time on the ocean. Yoga is thrown in there to try to maintain some balance.
