The flagship clinic is located at 100B-3200 Shelbourne Street, Victoria BC V8P 5G8.
Our downtown clinic is located in the Cook Street Medical Building at 308-1175 Cook Street, Victoria BC V8V 4A1.
We offer health services at the Gordon Head Recreation Centre located at 4100 Lambrick Way, Victoria, BC, V8N 5R3
1) Main Clinic

Our 3200 Shelbourne Street location has over 5500 square feet of space, including a comfortable waiting room, an open treatment area as well as individual private rooms for your convenience.
The exercise area is bright and open, yet separate from the physiotherapy treatment area. We have many private rooms for massage and acupuncture treatments with Registered Practitioners.
The Pilates Studio is 1600 square feet separated into 3 rooms for tranquility and privacy with our skylights that offer natural light.
We are conveniently located at the corner of Shelbourne and North Dairy, across from the Sears at Hillside Mall. There is plenty of free street level parking and easy main level access to our site. The Physiotherapy, Pilates & Massage Therapy clinic serves clients from the Greater Victoria, Saanich and Oak Bay regions. The clinic is in close proximity to the Camosun College Campus and not far from the Jubilee Hospital.
We book appointments Monday to Friday: 7:00am to 7:00pm, and occasionally Saturday: 7:00am to 2:00pm.

2) Cook Street Clinic

Our downtown Cook Street clinic has over 1600 square feet of space. There are many well appointed private rooms for providing Physiotherapy and a well equipped gym area. There is parking behind and underneath the building and free 2 hour parking along View Street. The Physiotherapy clinic is conveniently located near the Fairfield, Rockland, Harris Green and Fernwood neighbourhoods of Victoria.
We book appointments Monday to Friday 7:00AM to 6:00PM.
