We are pleased to welcome Mark Gottfried to our team!
Mark graduated with an advanced degree in Occupational Therapy from Karlova Universita (Charles University) in Prague, Czech Republic in 1989. He worked in Vienna, Austria from 1989 to 1990.
He has obtained his Physiotherapy degree from University of British Columbia, Vancouver in 1996. He’s been practicing in Victoria ever since.
Since his graduation Mark has pursued a variety of postgraduate courses in manual therapy including extensive courses in spinal manipulation through Jim Meadows at the SWODEAM INSTITUTE. In addition to his interest in manual therapy Mark has an extensive experience in post-surgical rehabilitation. Mark has a special interest in post surgical knee rehabilitation.
Mark’s off work passion is diving and skiing. He is an accomplished Technical Diving Instructor with 2000+ dives. He is very active in local diving community with his teaching. Mark has been hired on number of occasions to provide under water video on remote shipwrecks all over the world including Micronesia, Venezuela, Egypt, Bahamas and Dutch Antilles.
