Lindsay is a graduate of Queen's University with a Masters degree in Physiotherapy and a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences. Since graduating in 2007, she has taken many courses to enhance her knowledge of manual therapy and the role of the nervous system in movement and pain.

In addition to completing specialized courses on the pelvis, low back, hip, foot and thoracic spine, she is trained in the Kinesio(R) Tape Method. She is currently working towards certification with the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Therapists.

Lindsay has received special training in the assessment and treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction, which can lead to urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse. Dysfunction of the pelvic floor can also contribute to pain in the lumbar spine, pelvis and coccyx.

In assessment and treatment, she always tries to integrate the movement of the entire body to achieve optimal function. By using a combination of manual therapy, specific movement retraining and functional taping, she focuses on helping patients return to doing what is most important to them. While she likes the challenge of treating a wide range of injuries, her special clinical interests are in treating the thoracic spine, pelvis and foot.

Lindsay is an active member of the Physiotherapy Association of British Columbia and the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia.

In her spare time Lindsay is an avid mountain biker and enjoys keeping things balanced with hiking, skiing, running and Yoga.
